The practice

For the past 26 years, Robert A. “Bobby” Dubin has practiced in domestic & family law, business law, real estate law, and personal injury law in the Metropolitan Detroit area. Bobby received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1989 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1994 from Detroit College of Law.

Throughout his career, Bobby has argued before various federal, state, and local courts and agencies:  The 6th Circuit United States Court of Appeals, the United States Department of Defense, the United States District Court Eastern District in Michigan, the United States Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Michigan, the Michigan Court of Appeals and many Circuit and District Courts throughout the State. Bobby is licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan and has been a member of the Michigan Bar Association since 1994.  Bobby has also been approved by the Michigan State Court Administrative Office as a Domestic Relations Mediator.

As a solo practitioner, the culture of the firm revolves around providing personal relationship-driven representation to each client. “No two people and no two circumstances are ever the same” - and each client deserves personalized and distinct counseling and representation for their unique situations. Having represented clients in family, financial, and business issues in thousands of legal matters, Bobby’s broad knowledge and experience in many different but complementary areas allow him to provide his clients with enhanced and complete representation.
